If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us for return or replacement  within 24 hours of receiving your order. Ensure you include unboxing video and pictures of the product along with the original packaging. Email us at medallionparfums@gmail.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly. 

so refund will be credited within 2 to 5 days to the original source of payment method.
